  • Includes a thorough medical mental health evaluation followed by personalized, comprehensive treatment recommendations.
  • A coordinated plan that can be shared with an individual’s health care team, if desired.
  • Ideal for individuals going through infertility who:
  • Have a personal or family history of mental health disorders
  • Are currently taking, or have previously taken, psychiatric medications and want education on treatment postpartum, including while lactating.
  • Are seeking recommendations on evidence-based, holistic treatment options
  • Desire a second opinion on recommendations

Medication Management:

  • Performed by a psychiatrist specializing in perinatal mental health
  • A 75-minute intake is performed, followed by 20-45 minute follow-up visits.
  • Entails a thorough medical mental health evaluation, personalized treatment inclusive of those lactating, and ongoing management of mental health concerns throughout postpartum, and into early parenthood, if needed.
  • Care is coordinated with an individual’s health care team, if desired.
  • Ideal for those who are in postpartum or early parenthood, with recent or past mental illness symptoms, and desire to be followed by an expert throughout their early parenthood journey.

Individual Psychotherapy:

  • Performed by a psychotherapist or psychiatrist specializing in perinatal mental health
  • A 60-minute intake is performed, followed by 60-90 minute follow-up sessions.
  • Includes personalized treatment, and ongoing therapy.
  • Care is coordinated with an individual’s health care team, if desired.
  • Ideal for those who are postpartum or in early parenthood, with recent or past mental illness symptoms, and who desire mental health support by an expert throughout their early parenthood journey.

Wellness Consultations:

  • Designed for those wanting more education on how to optimize their mental health.
  • Performed by a reproductive mental health specialist
  • One-time, 45 minute visit
  • Entails a brief assessment followed by personalized education
  • Focused on lifestyle changes to improve mental wellness
