Hi, I'm Melody, and I’m so glad you’ve taken the time to visit the Reproductive Psychiatry and Counseling (RPC) website. It means a lot to me that you’re here because I know firsthand how important it is to find the right support, especially when it comes to mental health.

I was born and raised in the heart of Texas, and even though the world has so much to offer, I can’t imagine calling anywhere else home. I live here with my wonderful husband and our two amazing children, a son and a daughter, who keep us busy and fill our lives with joy. Family means everything to me, and one of my greatest passions is cooking, not just for my loved ones but for friends and anyone who enjoys a good meal. There’s something special about how food brings people together, and for me, it’s an act of love.

Mental health is a cause that’s deeply personal to me. Growing up, I saw how mental health struggles can touch every corner of a family’s life. When my brother passed away as a result of his own battle with mental health, it left a mark on my heart that still drives me today. It was then that I made a promise to myself: I would do whatever I could to help others access the services they need to heal and find hope.
